EnergyNet Email

EnergyNet residential internet customers have the opportunity to get up to three EnergyNet email addresses (@hesenergy.net). These addresses may be provided to EnergyNet when signing up for internet service, during the installation of the internet service in your residence, or at any time by calling the EnergyNet Technical Support line at 887-0767.

Sending and Receiving Email

If you choose to use EnergyNet email addresses, you may send and receive your email two ways. First, EnergyNet offers Web Mail. This feature allows you access your EnergyNet email over the internet using any computer. To login to EnergyNet Web Mail, click on the “Email Login” icon in the Quick Links area on the right side of the screen. You will be required to enter your user name and password to access your email.

Your EnergyNet email may also be downloaded to your computer using an email program. Most modern computers running Windows may have Outlook Express, Mail or Live Mail installed. To set up these programs to send and receive your EnergyNet email, you will need the username and password you supplied to EnergyNet, as well as the information listed below regarding EnergyNet's email server.
