Phone Payments
You may pay your bill over the phone using your Visa or Mastercard credit card by calling 887-4200. You will need to provide the card number, expiration date, and verification code.
Online Bill Payment
You may pay your HES electric and/or internet bill online by clicking on the link below.

Automatic Bank Draft
Automatic Bank Draft allows your monthly electric and/or internet bill amount to be automatically deducted from your bank account. This is a convenient method of paying and is available at no extra charge. Almost any bank in the nation can be used for this payment method. You will continue to receive a monthly bill statement which will show the date that your bank account will be drafted for the amount due. This service may be initiated by visiting the customer counter at the HES office.
Equal Payment Plan
Wouldn't it be nice to know each month what your electric bill would be? With the Equal Payment Plan, you can do just that. As long as you've been an HES customer for at least the past 12 months and possess a good payment record (no late payments during the past 12 month period), you can enroll in the Equal Payment Plan.
When you enroll in the Equal Payment Plan, the total dollar amount of your previous 12 month's bills is added up and divided by twelve to arrive at your Equal Payment Plan monthly charge for the next 12 months. At the end of that 12 months, the amount you were overbilled or underbilled is taken into account to calculate your new Equal Payment amount for the upcoming 12 months. This process will repeat every 12 months unless you notify us that you no longer want to participate in the program or are late on your payment three times in a 12 month period. For the ultimate convenience, you may pay your monthly Equal Payment amount automatically by enrolling in the Automatic Bank Draft option described above.
