The Tennessee Valley Authority, our wholesale provider of power, has announced a wholesale rate reduction beginning January 1, 2009 of 6% Fuel Costs for coal, natural gas, etc to run TVAís generating plants to produce electricity has been reduced similar to your gas-pump prices for your vehicle.  This TVAís and HESís FCA (Fuel Cost Adjustment) will be reduced.  This will mean a $4 - $5 savings on HES average customerís monthly bills.
