Here is what we are doing to compensate for this situation: Beginning today, we are placing tear out ads in the Kentucky New Era with our office and after hours phone numbers so customers can use the ad for reference. Beginning within the next week, we will include our phone numbers on special billing stuffer, in each customer’s monthly statement, that can be kept in a readily accessible location. We are mailing HES/EnergyNet Calendars, which have our phone numbers, to all our residential customers in early December. We will continue to be listed in the “411” listing should  anyone need to call for information.
