What we offer
As a service to HES customers who have rental properties, we allow connections/disconnections by email or through our website. This allows you to put the property’s electric account into your name, or take the property’s electric account out of your name by contacting us, rather than requiring a visit to our office as is normally required for these actions.

Getting started
Step 1
Complete the Landlord Standing Order Authorization form and return it to our office. Once the completed form is received, you will be able to request changes in account status for the accounts you have listed on the form.

Return the completed Landlord Standing Order Authorization form to our office via email, fax, or visiting us in person.

Disconnect / reconnect property service
If you have completed and submitted a Landlord Standing Order Authorization form, you may submit your requests to disconnect or reconnect electric service via email using the form below.
