Rental properties
If you are signing up for residential service and rent your residence, it is necessary for your landlord to complete a release form before the installation can occur. The Residential Landlord Release form may be completed online by your landlord or by downloading and filling out a physical form
The completed and signed release form must be returned to the HES office at 1820 E. 9th Street, by fax to (270) 887-0778 or by email to: support@hesenergy.net before your installation may be scheduled. A HES representative will contact you to schedule an appointment to have your internet service installed.
