If you are signing up for residential service and rent your residence, it is necessary for your landlord to complete a release form before the installation can occur. The Residential Landlord Release form may be downloaded here.

The Residential Landlord Release form may also be completed online by your landlord by clicking here.

The completed and signed release form must be returned to the HES office at 1820 E. 9th Street, by fax to (270) 887-0778 or by email to: support@hesenergy.net before your installation may be scheduled. A HES representative will contact you to schedule an appointment to have your internet service installed

No, our residential services have no contract!

We provide all of the necessary equipment you need to get connected, including a premium wireless router!

Great question! Bills are released around the 23rd of the month, and we don’t bill until after your installation is completed. If you have questions, or have not received your first bill post-installation give us a call at (270) 887-0763.
