Notice for residential rental properties
Landlord release form
If you’re signing up for residential service and rent your residence, it is necessary for your landlord to complete a release form before the installation can occur.
The Residential Landlord Release form may also be completed online by your landlord by clicking here.
Form submission
The completed and signed landlord release form must be submitted by one of the following ways before your installation may be scheduled.
- Returned to the HES office at 1820 E. 9th Street
- Faxed to 270-887-0778
- Emailed to: support@hesenergy.net
An HES representative will then contact you to schedule an appointment to have your internet service installed.
