In an effort to help our community and assist our neighbors during this time of uncertainty, HES/EnergyNet received approval from our Regulator (TVA) to allow customers additional time to pay their electric/internet bills.  Please contact our office at 270-887-4200 to discuss an arrangement for future payment due to loss of work, etc.  HES encourages all customers that are able to continue to make their payments by mail, web, bank draft, night deposit box, IVR (phone call), or drive thru to keep their accounts current.  We appreciate our customers and look forward to working through this together.
