If you’d like a more stabilized electric bill, the new HES Levelized Billing Program may be for you. To smooth out the high and low bills due to changing seasons, the Levelized Billing Program uses the current month’s usage and past 12 months’ bills to calculate a “levelized” amount for your bill. This process is repeated each month, therefore, there is no yearly reconciliation payment required. For more information, and to learn how to sign up, click here.

A new pamphlet is available from HES describing the Pay-As-You-Go program. This pamphlet explains how the Pay-As-You-Go program works, how to sign up, and answers many of the questions customers ask us about the program. This pamphlet is available to any HES customer interested in the Pay-As-You-Go program, or any customer already enrolled in the program. The pamphlet may be picked up at the HES office any time during normal business hours.
