Contractors or customers requiring electric service on a temporary basis are required by HES to pay all costs (see below) for connection and disconnection incidental to the supplying and removing of service. This rule applies to circuses, carnivals, fairs, temporary construction, etc. To install temporary service, complete and submit the application below.
