We are excited to announce that our new and improved customer portal is live and available for our customers to use. The new portal provides a simpler, cleaner user experience. One big improvement is that you are allowed to save your payment method information and setup Auto Pay so that your bill is automatically paid on the due date using your preferred payment method. Another great feature is the usage chart that allows you to see each day’s electricity usage overlaid with the high and low temp for each day. And as always, you can view your bill and payment history anytime.

To begin using the new HES customer portal, click here. It only takes a few minutes to create an account. In addition, we also have an app for your smart device. Simply go to the app store on your device and search “Hopkinsville Electric System”.

Each winter, there are those in our community who struggle to pay their winter heating bills to keep warm. The HES Project Share program allows our customers to help these individuals by making a small contribution to the program on their monthly electric bill. All of these contributions are combined and sent to Pennyrile Allied Community Services (PACS) which disperses them each winter to local residents who legitimately qualify for heating assistance funding.

We’ve now made it easier than ever to participate in this program by allowing you to submit your participation request to us online. Simply click here to go to the Project Share webpage. There, you’ll be able to quickly complete a short form and submit your account information and the amount you’d like to contribute each month. You may make a one-time contribution, have a fixed amount added to each month’s electric bill, or have us round your electric bill up to the nearest dollar each month. Because HES believes in the Project Share program, we match customer contributions dollar-for-dollar. Take a few minutes to consider participating in Project Help to give back to our community.
